Mindful Living Workshop

Life, he says isn’t about the past or the future but rather the here and now.

Our Mindful Living Workshop will be lead by Dawn Grant, (Stephanie’s sister) our local Mental Trainer & Hypnotherapist. Dawn is an expert on the Mind and will share with us the ultimate, bottom-line understanding and skills on what it takes to truly LIVE and BE MINDFUL. She has had a private practice on Amelia Island since 2001 where she has been helping people with anger, fears, phobias, sleep issues, addictions, insecurities, and more. Her practice has evolved so that now a majority of her clients are global, elite competitive athletes, helping them with their Mental Game and performing in The Zone.
