Being mindful and fully aware in our daily lives takes effort and practice, cultivating the energy that helps us recognize the conditions of happiness that are present in our lives. You don’t have to wait ten years to experience this happiness, It is present in every moment and every second of your daily life, you just need to be open, accepting and allowing for these moments to take precedence in your life. There are those of us who are alive and don’t know it... but when you breathe in, and you are aware of your breath, you touch the miracle of being alive. That is why mindfulness is a source of happiness and joy. Life isn’t about the past or the future, but rather the here and now.Our Mindful Living Workshop will be lead by Liam Gillen, a E-YRT 500 teacher in IAM Yoga, and an advanced Yoga Nidra facilitator, a Therapeutic Yoga facilitator and a personal Coach. He leads Yoga Nidra trainings, workshops and retreats focused on the core principals of IAM Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and has previously served as CEO of the Amrit Yoga Institute. Liam Gillen’s career as executive and CEO in the hospitality, education and real estate industries has always been infused with true leadership and an interest in the spiritual aspects of life. This has culminated in studying the IAM method of Yoga for the last ten years.As such Liam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience on the importance of bridging the world of work and business with a balanced personal inner life..
