Mindful Eating Workshop

This Mindful Eating workshop with Cheryl Hines will focus on the importance of eating our meals with attentiveness, full presence and with true appreciation of their ultimate value to our bodies. By utilizing all of the senses, you will learn how to fully and completely taste the various flavors, breathe in the vibrant aromas and engage and appreciate all that food has to offer. This process of mindful eating has proven to aid in digestion, enrich flavors, and even enhance nourishment and nutrition absorption... it's even been proven to promote weight loss! The workshop will conclude amazing warm yoga class with Cheryl.
