Kids Fitness Camp

Looking for something healthy, fun, and educational for your child this summer? 

We are offering Kids Fitness Summer Camps for children age 6-12.  Each camp is 1 week long and will be composed of fun fitness activities to keep your child entertained, laughing, and learning about their overall wellness.  Your child will rotate through 2 of our super-fun fitness classes, with a break between for snacks and wellness chat.  Each day will end with a relaxing yoga class to help them unwind, stretch, and pull together the various components taught that day.  Camp begins at 1:00pm and ends at 3:30pm.  The Friday of each camp will end with a special Fit Kid presentation for the parents.   Healthy Snacks and Water Provided

 

Class Rotations Include:                                                                            
 

  • Pound:  fun cardio-jam class using drumsticks                                             
  • Boot Camp: interval training exercises                                                           
  • Strength Training: teaching proper form, safety and technique                  
  • Dance Trance: upbeat dance class that teaches cool moves                       
  • Gentle Yoga: stretch, relax and understand mindfulness while incorporating guided meditation (Yoga Nidra)
  • Wellness Education: nutrition, hydration, stress reduction, mindfulness, fitness trio
